The blend of clinically proven HALOXYL™, Achromaxyl™ IS, retinol and titanium dioxide reduces the appearance of dark circles and puffiness. This complex contains 2% HALOXYL, 2% Achromaxyl, 0.05% retinol and 1.2% titanium dioxide. The MicroDelivery™ system entraps the retinol to protect its potency and optimize its benefits while minimizing irritation.
- Haloxyl binds to iron molecules creating a chain reaction which helps the body eliminate them, reducing the appearance of dark circles. It also fortifies the vessels and tissues under the eyes making the vessels less susceptible to rupturing, preventing the formation of dark circles.
- Achromaxy IS is a skin lightening botanical extract which prevents melanin production, reducing hyperpigmentation and brightening the skin under the eyes.
